For six months, NAP worked closely with Variolytics to refine and crystallize the go-to-market strategy, ensuring a solid foundation for scaling. This collaboration focused on validating product-market fit, defining key customer segments, and building strategic partnerships.
In 2025, NAP officially invested in Variolytics, providing the capital and strategic support needed to accelerate growth. With the investment in place, the company was positioned to expand its commercial operations and drive market adoption.
Following the investment, NAP spearheaded Variolytics’ expansion into Denmark, leveraging its network and expertise to establish a strong foothold. A dedicated Danish sales funnel was developed, securing early traction and setting the stage for sustained growth in the region.
