At Nordic Alpha, we’re not just supporting and investing in companies - we're actively shaping industrial transformations. By delivering real-world impact across sectors such as energy, recycling and water technology, our mission is to build and scale global market leaders that re-industrialise, decarbonise, digitise, and disrupt legacy systems - while delivering above normal returns.

Whether you’re building the next category-defining company or seeking to deploy capital where it truly counts, Nordic Alpha offers a platform for transformative growth, based on new expertise and a commitment to operational value creation.

Toolkit

A selection of our most important tool and models we use in our daily work.

"Re-industrialisation is a gigantic opportunity and entirely dependent on new green technology. Founders, entrepreneurs, and investors need to come together around this mission and commit to a common language and a more operational approach to growth"

Changing The Math: The NAP Playbook

Changing the Math (CTM) is an operational playbook for dealing with hypertransformation and tackling hypergrowth across four verticals. The playbook presents 10 concrete models for creating, de-risking and managing hypergrowth, as well as how to capitalise from it.

The book is split into two parts, with the first detailing how the models came to be, and the empirical foundation for the models, their relevance and so on. This part is split into four sections, as outlined. The second part of the book is a practical section, featuring all the models and step by step guides on how to implement them in businesses, investments, ventures etc.

The playbook is used across all aspects of NAP's work, from sourcing and investing to strategy, value creation and exits planning.

The book is pending publication, but will be made available in H1 2025.
